Pastor Ezekiel Ojo - Chairman/CEO
Dr. Ezekiel Leke Ojo based in Phoenix, Arizona USA is the Lead Pastor of New Impact Ministry, a global ministry with headquarters in Glendale Arizona and strong presence in Nigeria, Ghana and the United Kingdom. The ministry with a strong presence in Nigeria and Ghana has sponsored many indigent students in college and engaged in several empowerment and community outreaches in the forgotten corners of those countries. He was also the Regional Pastor for North America Region 18 which comprises of Redeemed Christian Church of God North American churches in six states of USA and also the Special Assistant to the Continental Overseer (Finance, Entrepreneurship and Help Desk), He was the founding National Coordinator of the RCCGNA Young Adults and Singles ministry. He retired from the Redeemed Christian church of God in December 2023 having served for 26 years. He’s an Author, missionary and grassroot mobilizer.
He bagged a PhD in Business Administration with emphasis in Advanced Accounting from the North Central University, Prescott Arizona having bagged an MBA in Accounting and another Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix AZ where he also served as a Professor at the Colangelo College of Business until May 2020. An astute business man and entrepreneur, he served as the Founding President of Redeemer’s Center for Entrepreneurship Development (RECED} till early 2023, the President/CEO of Joseph Generation Inc., a behavioral service company in the heart of Glendale Arizona and the Managing Partner of Leadright Consulting PC, a leadership training and capacity development outfit with headquarters in Glendale Arizona. An alumnus of the University of Ilorin, Nigeria where he bagged a first degree in Economics. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is the Managing Partner of Ezekiel Ojo & Co (Chartered Accountants); a Lagos based accounting and management consulting practice and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is happily married to Dr Juyi Ojo, a Registered Pharmacist and Pastor, their union is blessed with two children, David and Debbie both Registered Nurses and graduates of Grand Canyon University Phoenix.
Julian Rauch - Board Secretary/ Director of Operations
Julian Rauch (ch- pronounced sh) has been living in Surprise, Az with her Kids (Adopted Son-Tobi (22) and daughter- Amina (12) since 2015. Also, worth mentioning- As you can see from her picture, she is a lady- she gets addressed a lot as a ‘He’.
She has had the privileged to act as one of the organizers of SRCDC food outreach. According to Julian, ‘it is always a pleasure to serve our brothers and sisters in need in and around Glendale, Arizona’.
Prior to moving to Arizona, Julian lived in California for 17 years. She currently works with a Contract Research Organization- CRO- as a Senior Clinical Research Monitor. Julian has worked in various therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Cardiology, Bone, Neuroscience and Inflammation. “It has been a joy to see the FDA approve some of the drugs I have worked on, and to see how pharmaceutical companies are helping to save lives (or at least prolong life while improving quality of life}” says Julian. Julian received her BA in communications and business from California State University, Fullerton, MBA from University of Phoenix and her MS in Clinical Research Management from Arizona State University.

Mrs Virginia Danette Ogunsile RN, BSN has been active in community outreach for several years. She is a dedicated nurse, mother and wife who has a passion for serving others. She has a varied nursing background with the last several years being in psychiatric nursing. Serving the general public, and the church. Her goal is to comfort others with the same comfort Christ has comforted her. 2 Corinthians 1:4
